I grew up with the precious childhood memories of my ‘Nanaji’ (maternal grandfather) telling us kids stories before bed. These stories were engraved in my heart. So much so that I truly believe that storytelling is one of the fundamental ways we as humans communicate.
It’s strange how something so much in the shadows can still be so powerful. These stories surround us, impact us and shape us. We tell ourselves one all the time, after all. We do so at an individual level, at a community level and even at a civilization level.
As an adult, I have a career in IT. However, I have never gotten over my first love of StoryTelling. ‘The Odd StoryTeller’ is a blog born out of my ever-lasting passion.
